📋 Description
• Lead solution design and delivery execution for data, analytics, and AI programs across Clinical, Commercial, and Medical Affairs domains. • Provide architectural leadership, guide engineering teams, and ensure high-quality, compliant delivery for pharma clients. • Design end-to-end data platform architectures. • Build scalable solutions on leading cloud platforms using best-practice patterns. • Create data models and integrate pharma datasets (EDC, CTMS, IRT, CRM, 3PL, claims, hub, dispense, etc.). • Produce solution blueprints, architecture diagrams, and implementation roadmaps. • Lead technical delivery across multiple engagements. • Conduct design reviews, guide development teams and ensure solution quality. • Ensure adherence to Data governance, Security & Compliance. • Oversee operational support activities, driving automation where possible and resolving data management and analytics-related issues. • Contribute reusable assets, frameworks, and best practices for the practice. • Bring practical knowledge of AI/ML or GenAI to enhance solution offerings. • Identify opportunities & design solutions where AI can improve insights, automation, or workflow efficiency.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science/software engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience • 6+ years in data engineering, architecture, or delivery leadership roles. • Hands-on experience with leading cloud platforms & services including: AWS: S3, Glue, Lambda, Redshift, RDS, EMR, Athena, Step Functions Azure: Azure Data Lake, ADF, Synapse, Functions, Key Vault, Event Hub. Snowflake, Databricks • Expertise in data lake/Lakehouse architectures and modern ELT patterns. • Strong SQL, Python, Spark, and data modeling skills. • Experience integrating pharma datasets & systems • Experience/good understanding of BI & reporting platforms such as:
