📋 Description
• Lead high-impact strategic projects from diagnosis through implementation • Map opportunities, model scenarios, and develop business cases to support key decisions • Work directly with the executive team and founders to prioritize initiatives • Coordinate multidisciplinary workstreams (Product, Operations, Commercial, Growth) • Create analyses, executive presentations, and frameworks that support the scalability of the business
🎯 Requirements
• 2–3 years of experience in strategy consulting (MBB, Kearney, Strategy& or similar) • Structured thinking and strong problem-solving skills • Excellent analytical ability and proficiency with tools such as Excel/Sheets and PowerPoint • Clear, executive-level communication skills • Hands-on profile with a strong sense of ownership and a desire to build in a startup environment
