📋 Description
• Process and document fraud cases in internal systems • Enter and maintain accurate fraud-related information • Investigate suspicious cases, including those related to phone number changes and client defaults • Manage client reimbursement cases (respond to chargebacks, internal tasks, and correspondence) • Upload and validate data in the data warehouse (DWH) • Collaborate with internal teams to improve fraud detection processes
🎯 Requirements
• Fluent Russian, English B1+ (comfortable with technical documentation) • 1–3 years of experience as an Investigator, Underwriter, or Fraud Analyst in Anti-Fraud or Collections • Higher education (incomplete higher is acceptable with relevant experience) • Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail • Ability to work independently and go beyond formal instructions • Solid Excel and SQL skills (intermediate to advanced) • Experience with task tracking tools (e.g. Jira)
