• Monitor the credit conveyor and anti-fraud processes • Analyze errors and identify root causes of stuck applications at different stages (including scoring and anti-fraud) • Investigate incidents in collaboration with IT, Risk Management, the Anti-Fraud team, and Business stakeholders • Support process changes and monitor post-release stability • Contribute to the development of monitoring and diagnostic tools • Create and maintain a knowledge base on typical scoring and anti-fraud incidents
• Experience in 2nd line IT support, preferably in banking or fintech • Knowledge of credit conveyor systems or BPM/Workflow platforms • Understanding of credit decision-making, scoring models, and anti-fraud processes • Ability to read and analyze application logs, middleware logs, and anti-fraud system outputs • Hands-on experience with monitoring, logging, and incident management tools (e.g., Kibana, Grafana, Zabbix, Jira Service Desk) • Basic SQL skills for data analysis • Ability to prepare technical incident reports and effectively interact with IT and Business teams • Readiness to work in a fast-paced environment, focusing on incident resolution and business process support • Upper-Intermediate (B2) level of English, both written and spoken
