📋 Description

• Plan and oversee routines related to brand positioning for different stakeholder audiences. • Manage the brand's social media channels, ensuring execution of the strategy with external vendors and the internal team. • Manage media relations (press office), ensuring execution of the strategy with external vendors and the internal team. • Identify and apply to calls for proposals, grant opportunities and awards that increase brand visibility, coordinating with the Strategic Partnerships team. • Produce the annual report and institutional newsletters. • Support company leadership in representing the brand. • Manage institutional events and campaigns. • Coordinate with internal teams to publicize topics across different channels. • Support in managing the Institutional Marketing budget.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Journalism, or a related field; • Experience in brand management and institutional communication; • Proficiency in managing major social media platforms; • Knowledge of processes and strategies for media relations (press office); • Strong ability to produce institutional/corporate copy; • Dynamic and organized, able to independently manage multiple concurrent initiatives; • Proficiency with core Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.); • Experience creating briefings and presentations. • **Differentials:** • Knowledge of or interest in the public education sector; • Previous experience in the nonprofit sector or the public education ecosystem; • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; • Fluency in English and Spanish
