📋 Description

• Support users in Turkish, solving problems that arise during the lesson. • Resolving complex cases in chat or by calls • Assisting with translations into Turkish (instructions, clients’ responses templates etc) • Assisting with Non Assisted Support (chat bot)

🎯 Requirements

• Knowledge of Turkish - C2 • Knowledge of English (at least B2) • Experience of working in a language school welcome • Experienced PC user • Presentation skills • Ability to handle lots of information • Responsibility and care • Multi-tasking

🏖️ Benefits

• Remote work, you can work from almost anywhere • Full time work, 40 hours per week • 5 working days on, 2 days off; both weekend days are working days, and days off are during the week. • Working shifts 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM and from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with evening shifts being more common.
