• Supervise the department's daily workflow and establish project budgets for the 30-person team. • Act as the lead for creative sessions and brainstorming. • Develop and execute a creative vision that promotes our educational services. • Mentor and manage a diverse creative team, including graphic designers, copywriters, instructional designers, editors, and multimedia specialists. • Create and enforce procedures to ensure all assets are strictly on-brand and optimized for conversion. • Oversee the design and execution of all creative assets across various platforms. • Establish and manage budgets for creative projects and serve as the key point of contact for external partners, vendors, and creative agencies. • Develop exceptional, well-crafted copy and visual designs that meet stakeholder requirements. • Utilize performance metrics and data-driven insights to optimize ad creatives.
• At least 7 years of creative leadership experience (EdTech preferred), with a proven track record of managing medium-sized teams in a hyper-growth environment. • Demonstrated experience adapting design, messaging, and tone of voice across regional and cultural factors on a global scale. • Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, video editing tools, and Generative AI tools to drive productivity. • Successful experience creating and editing original UGC campaigns and assets specifically for Social Media, Video Streaming, and Search Engines. • Confidence in presenting to international stakeholders—including the heads of UX and Localization—and the ability to define clear priorities and feedback based on team seniority.
