📋 Description

• Lead automation initiatives by designing, building, and maintaining scalable automation solutions using low-code/no-code platforms, Workato, Bloomreach, and AI platforms • Define integration patterns and design APIs/webhooks • Ensure automations are resilient, performant, and secure • Establish guidelines for workflow design, documentation, testing, and monitoring • Introduce best practices including code reviews, automated testing, monitoring, and audit processes • Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, and engineering to translate business requirements into technical automation solutions • Mentor junior automation developers • Conduct technical reviews and lead knowledge-sharing sessions

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in software engineering or automation development • Proven expertise in low-code/no-code platforms (e.g., Workato, Zapier, n8n) • Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, and event-driven integrations • Experience working with databases and SQL, including ability to write and optimize queries • Programming skills in Python or JavaScript for custom extensions and scripts • Familiarity with AWS services and containerized deployments • Experience with AI-assisted development (Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot) • Experience with version control and issue tracking systems • Experience with cloud telephony platforms (Aircall, CallGear, Maqsam, Verimor) • Experience with voice AI agents (ElevenLabs) • Experience with call routing and CRM/Intercom integration • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with ability to design scalable and maintainable automation solutions • Strong communication skills in English (Upper-Intermediate or higher) • Bonus: Experience integrating AI-powered bots into workflows • Bonus: Experience creating architecture diagrams and technical specifications for automation platforms
