🎯 Requirements
• Personal experience in support for at least 3 years; • Strong excel skills; • English proficiency level B2 or higher; • Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to structure and present information; • Experience in quality control assessment is an advantage; • Experience with AI tools is an advantage; • Experience in conducting training sessions/seminars is an advantage.
