• Full-Funnel Ownership (Volume & Conversion) • Audit & Optimize: Conduct a deep dive into the current program to determine why lead volume fluctuates and where conversions drop off. • Technical Health: Take ownership of the technical backlog. • User Journey: Streamline the end-to-end flow for both the referrer and the referee. • Strategic Vision: Define the roadmap for the referral program. • Regional Approach: Analyze performance across diverse markets (Europe, MENA, Asia). • Experimentation: rapid testing of new offers, channels, and incentives to find what truly drives growth. • Sales Alignment: Collaborate with Sales to ensure referral leads are effectively processed

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in managing Referral/Loyalty programs • Technical Literacy: You can translate business needs into clear technical requirements for developers. • Analytical Mindset: You rely on data to distinguish between assumptions and facts. • Execution First: You are a “doer.” You prioritize delivery and move projects from “Planned” to “Done.” • English Proficiency: C1
