📋 Description

• Provide Sales Leadership. • Identify and implement opportunities for process automation and optimization, with a focus on scalability and driving significant growth. • Take charge of growing our business in Mexico.

🎯 Requirements

• Relevant B2C sales leadership work experience of 3+ years in remote distributed teams, preferably online sales. • Hands-on B2C sales experience. • Excellent understanding of online sales channels and digital marketing in the region. • Strong analytical skills to provide for data based decisions. • Proficiency in CRM systems and passion for using AI tools. • English and Spanish languages should both be not lower than C1 (spoken and written).
