📋 Description

• Lead an independent squad to design and iterate casual-genre game loops inside the Novakid app, motivating kids to return and learn daily. • Own the player/learner journey (focus on retention), core loop, meta, and in-app economy; build a rigorous experimentation pipeline. • Collaborate with the Learning PM/squad to incorporate learning activities into a user journey in a cohesive way. • Prototype multiplayer/social mechanics appropriate for ages 6-14 with safeguards and parental controls. • Partner with Design/Eng/Data/Art/QA to ship weekly; instrument everything; analyze cohorts; scale winners. • Expand the squad with new hires as needed. • Report to the Director of Product; operate during rapid MAU growth phases.

🎯 Requirements

• Senior PM/Producer track record in casual mobile games at scale aimed at young players; shipped loops that moved D7/D30, DAU/MAU. • Mastery of Mixpanel/PostHog/GA or similar; you can self-serve analyses and define instrumentation. • Experience with social/multiplayer mechanics, live-ops, and event-based engagement. • Familiarity with age-appropriate UX (6-14), and parent dashboards. • Proficiency with agile delivery and rapid prototyping (hyper-casual cadence).
