📋 Description
• Ensure projects are delivered on schedule • Lead and structure project initiatives in alignment with strategic business objectives • Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and produce detailed reports • Identify, assess and proactively mitigate risks • Manage project- or program-related issues to minimize disruptions • Contribute to the preparation and validation of business case analyses • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth coordination • Apply PMO methodology rigorously across all project phases
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum 7 years' experience in managing technology projects • Proven experience managing complex ETL projects • Experience participating in IT application deployments covering HR, engineering, services, finance and legal functions • Familiarity with large-scale corporate environments • Experience managing complex programs with multiple project teams • Strong command of project governance, RAID logs, and structured accountability practices • Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including nearshore/offshore resources and external vendors
