📋 Description

• Work closely with customers, partners, and internal teams to design, implement, and support solutions. • Collaborate with sales and account executives to gather requirements and provide solution demonstrations. • Conduct discovery sessions to understand workflows, integrations, and document management needs. • Design and configure solutions to meet customer requirements. • Lead implementations, including installation, configuration, customization, and testing. • Serve as the primary technical liaison during projects, ensuring smooth communication between client and internal teams. • Provide training and knowledge transfer to customers and partners. • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to integrations, migrations, and third-party systems. • Document project deliverables, configurations, and best practices.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience). • 3+ years in a solutions consulting, technical consulting, or professional services role. • Strong knowledge of document management systems (iManage, NetDocuments, SharePoint). • Hands-on experience with integrations, APIs, and migrations. • Proficiency with Microsoft technologies (.NET, C#, Azure) preferred. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Prior experience in legal tech or professional services software is a plus.
