• Own and drive marketing communication initiatives from conception to execution, ensuring stakeholder alignment and business success. • Drive the planning, execution, and continuous optimization of marketing communication campaigns, ensuring alignment with business goals and maximizing engagement, lead generation, and brand awareness. • Design and implement integrated, multi-channel marketing communication strategies across digital, print, social media, events and PR including event management. • Develop and maintain a clear MarCom roadmap, ensuring projects progress efficiently while adjusting for new business priorities and opportunities. • Write, proofread, and edit creative and technical content for various platforms. • Direct and manage external agency partners and vendors, ensuring timely execution, innovation, and effectiveness in campaign delivery.
• Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science, Life Science Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field, OR comparable training with 4+ years of experience in marketing and/or marketing communications within the agriculture/animal nutrition industry. • Strong awareness of EMEA poultry and swine industries, including economics and key drivers. • Proven ability to develop and drive strategic marketing campaigns, identify opportunities, and adjust marketing efforts based on insights. • Strong understanding of digital marketing, CRM, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.). • Fluent in English, Spanish is a plus.
