• Answer calls from customers regarding their upgrade to a communicating meter • Call customers for follow-ups and to schedule technician appointments • Manage complaints and claims regarding service delivery professionally
• Bilingual – you will need to interact with French and English-speaking people • Availability to work 5 days from 20 up to 40 hours per week • High-speed internet connection of at least 25 MBPS • Secure, quiet space within the province of Québec • Aptitude and interest in sales • Ability to work in a computerized environment • High school diploma or equivalent completed
