📋 Description

• Provide guidance and support related to system architecture and system processes with the interoperability between ESCO and EURES/Europass • Definition of a strategy to gain efficiency in IT operations for the Project • Preparation and maintenance of Architecture design and technical documentation • Coordination and review of current system processes • Participate in workshops and meetings with external stakeholders • Assistance with the evaluation of systems to find out discrepancies and vulnerabilities • Interaction with the business analysts, customer, users, project leaders and the developers • Analysis of the integration of different information systems • Data analysis and data modelling • Coordination of the implementation of the technical architecture • Technical interface between the project leaders and the developers • Production of software architecture documents • Participation in technical working groups, progress meetings and meetings with the users • Assistance during relevant parts of testing, analysis, technical documentation, deployment, evaluation and reporting • Creating designs and blueprints of Cloud Architecture • Review of the architecture of existing systems to migrate of existing system in the cloud • Design and development of architecture components and building blocks using cloud components.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree • 10 years of IT experience, preferably in software development with Java. • Experience with Semantic Web Stack: RDF/OWL processing with Apache Jena, SPARQL, triple stores (GraphDB, Apache Fuseki), and semantic reasoning engines. • At least 10 years of experience with Microsoft office tools. • Practical expertise in system vulnerability assessment. • Good knowledge of microservices and architecture in the cloud. • Cloud and Enterprise architecture certification will be a plus. • Knowledge of Enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF and Cobit. • Experience/knowledge of Archimate. • AI and Machine Learning Integration, architecture governance framework and MLOps. • Ability to react to unexpected events efficiently and fast. • Ability to give business and technical presentations.
