📋 Description

• Audit current site performance and competitor SEO strategy • Identify commercially valuable search opportunities and map them to site architecture • Implement on-page SEO directly in Squarespace, including titles, meta, URLs, schema, internal linking, GSC/GA4, and redirects • Develop and help write/edit a search-led content strategy • Build a link/authority strategy using editorial links and digital PR only • Factor visibility within AI-driven search, including ChatGPT and Google AI search, alongside traditional SEO • Grow organic search visibility and generate qualified new-business leads

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years SEO experience with a proven record of growing organic visibility • Experience with B2B, professional services, agencies, or consultancies • Strong writing/editorial judgement and excellent written English • Squarespace, Google Search Console, and GA4 expertise • Understanding of site architecture, internal linking, and content strategy • Familiarity with AI search/GEO is a plus • Must be based in South Africa • Three examples of sites personally improved organically, including results/data and specific work completed • Short response to a strategic question provided on application

• Remote work • Initial audit & strategy phase: R20,000–R35,000 once-off project fee • Ongoing monthly retainer: R18,000–R30,000/month, depending on scope and experience
