📋 Description
• Provide strategic direction, leadership, and oversight across all program functions. • Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders. • Oversee all planning, coordination, execution, and quality assurance activities. • Ensure continuous process improvement and organizational compliance. • Lead cross-functional teams and support collaboration between service lines. • Monitor progress, mitigate risk, and deliver timely reporting and performance updates.
🎯 Requirements
• Must be a U.S. citizen. • Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field. • Possess a current Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification. • Possess Secret Clearance or the ability to obtain. • Minimum of 7 years of experience managing military community support programs. • Minimum of 5 years of experience leading large teams in the delivery of user-centered digital solutions and support to varied end-users within military or Government sectors. • Familiarity with Agile project management and IT modernization initiatives.
