📋 Description
• Own end-to-end design of Fortinet LAN/WLAN solutions across enterprise environments • Produce high and low-level designs (HLD/LLD) aligned to customer requirements and best practice • Lead technical governance, design authority, and solution assurance activities • Support transformation delivery, including remote design and onsite implementation guidance • Work closely with Project Management, GNOC, and Service Delivery teams to ensure seamless transition into BAU • Provide technical leadership for IMACD, optimisation, and continuous improvement activities • Engage with stakeholders (internal and customer) to translate business requirements into technical solutions
🎯 Requirements
• Proven experience designing and implementing Fortinet LAN/WLAN solutions (FortiGate, FortiSwitch, FortiAP) • Strong understanding of enterprise networking (routing, switching, security, SD-WAN) • Experience operating in global managed service environments • Ability to operate as a design authority and make architectural decisions • Strong documentation skills (HLD/LLD, standards, governance artefacts) • Experience supporting transition from project (Day-1) into managed services (Day-2)
