📋 Description

• Define and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business strategies and objectives. • Lead release planning and the product roadmap, establishing continuous deliveries of value. • Coordinate development teams, ensuring high-quality deliveries within established deadlines. • Perform requirements analysis, evaluate changes, and maintain clear communication with internal and external stakeholders. • Prepare the product for launch, including testing, validations, and necessary training. • Monitor success metrics, gather feedback, and propose continuous improvements to the product.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or in related digital product management roles. • Experience working in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban), collaborating with multidisciplinary squads. • Hands-on experience defining, organizing, and prioritizing backlogs, ensuring alignment with business value. • Experience building and managing roadmaps, planning releases, and tracking deliveries. • Knowledge of requirements analysis, change evaluation, and continuous stakeholder communication. • Strong understanding of the product lifecycle, including testing, validations, launch preparation, and training. • Familiarity with product metrics (e.g., adoption, engagement, churn, NPS) and using data to inform decisions. • Experience with management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Trello, or similar.
