📋 Description
• Collaborate with the creative team to translate art direction into stunning digital designs for campaigns across social media, web and email. • Independently roll-out and shape creative to meet client and audience needs, and the provided brief. • Identify opportunities to bring in emerging social and digital trends like motion, UGC and lo-fi content to enhance audience engagement. • Flex your skills across print, working closely with copywriters and senior creatives to produce accurate, print-ready files.
🎯 Requirements
• 3-5 years experience in design production in an agency environment. • A portfolio that showcases your ability to think beyond the ordinary and craft effective, eye-catching campaigns. • You are able to prioritise like a pro and consistently meet deadlines with quality work that stays within scope. • You're passionate about creating exceptional creative deliverables – fast. You can seamlessly translate high-level concepts into stunning digital assets. • You have a strong grasp of digital best practice and understand the importance of mobile-first design in today's digital landscape. • You demonstrate proficiency in industry-standard design software, particularly Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator. Experience with After Effects, Premiere Pro and Figma will be highly regarded. • You have a genuine interest in the work of the not-for-profit sector and are excited to contribute your talents to a meaningful cause.
