• Overseeing Training, Safety, and Quality initiatives across multiple projects and operational groups • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, customer standards, and internal TSQ expectations • Guiding TSQ Specialists and supporting operations teams • Conducting trend analysis using data from audits and incident reports to identify issues and drive corrective actions • Maintaining accurate records of TSQ compliance, training, safety metrics, and project observations
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in Training, Safety, or Quality leadership roles • OSHA #510 and Bachelor’s degree in Safety Management, Quality Assurance, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience • Proven experience developing SOPs, managing TSQ programs, and driving process improvements • Experience overseeing compliance programs and managing field based TSQ personnel
