📋 Description

• Execution of administrative and financial tasks; • Purchase requests (Protheus system); • Assist with verifying and updating employee time records; • Request uniforms, PPE, equipment, and supplies; • Control of employee documents and client onboarding/integrations; • Support in screening resumes for vacancies.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related fields; • Knowledge of financial and administrative activities (purchasing, reimbursements, and payroll/Personnel Department); • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills; • Required experience with the Protheus system (TOTVS).
