📋 Description

• Design and implement core HR processes: onboarding, offboarding, performance management, and employee lifecycle management. • Establish compensation and benefits frameworks appropriate for an early-stage, globally distributed team. • Build and maintain HR policies and an employee handbook that reflect our values and comply with applicable regulations. • Partner with hiring managers to define roles, run structured interview processes, and close candidates. • Develop employer branding and recruiting strategies that attract top talent in MedTech and AI. • Implement retention strategies including engagement programs, growth frameworks, and feedback mechanisms. • Ensure compliance with employment laws across relevant jurisdictions (US, international contractors). • Advise leadership on organizational design, team structure, and workforce planning. • Champion a culture of transparency, accountability, and inclusion as the team grows.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of HR experience, including building people functions at early-stage or high-growth startups. • Strong knowledge of employment law, compliance, and HR best practices across US jurisdictions. • Experience designing compensation, equity, and benefits programs for startups. • Proven ability to recruit technical and clinical talent in competitive markets. • Excellent interpersonal and advisory skills; trusted counsel to founders and leadership.
