📋 Description

• Develop the next generation of medical imaging platforms • Design and implement robust distributed systems powering AI diagnostic tools • Architect services that reliably handle sensitive medical data and scale under load • Build scalable microservices architectures using Kubernetes • Develop event-driven systems with RabbitMQ for asynchronous medical-data processing • Build FastAPI backends that process and serve medical imaging data at scale • Create production-grade CI/CD pipelines with testing, monitoring, and rollback capabilities • Design scalable SQL data architectures with indexing and caching strategies • Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting systems for clinical reliability • Integrate internal services with external healthcare systems using HL7 and FHIR • Build React frontends for clinical workflows and data management • Collaborate with oncologists, nuclear medicine physicians, AI researchers, medical institutions, and pharmaceutical companies

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of full-stack engineering experience with shipped products used by real users • Strong system design skills and experience architecting distributed systems and microservices • DevOps expertise with Kubernetes, containerization, CI/CD, and Google Cloud Platform • Backend proficiency in Python with Flask or FastAPI • Database expertise in SQL and relational data modeling • Experience with message queues and event-driven architecture patterns • Frontend competency in TypeScript and React • CEFR Level C1 or C2 certification in English, or equivalent demonstrable mastery of English • Clear communication skills and a pragmatic approach to complex technical problems • Experience with healthcare or medical software development is a bonus • Knowledge of GDPR and ISO 13485 is a bonus • Experience integrating ML/analytics into production workflows is a bonus • Experience with threat modeling and compliance is a bonus • Familiarity with Terraform or Pulumi is a bonus • Experience with WebGL, WebGPU, Cornerstone3D, or VTK.js is a bonus
