📋 Description

• Build, edit and optimise campaigns in Google Ads and Google Ads Editor under the direction of the PPC Lead • Manage keywords, negatives, budgets and bids day to day • Monitor performance, search terms and diagnostics, identify issues early and investigate causes • Support value-based bidding, signal quality and LTV-led optimisation beyond first-order CPA • Write, test and iterate responsive search ad headlines, descriptions and assets such as sitelinks and callouts • Run a structured ad copy testing programme with hypotheses and documented results • Use AI tools to draft and review copy variants within Numan's brand voice • Work within healthcare advertising rules and handle policy disapprovals • Build and edit landing pages in the CMS • Plan and run landing-page A/B tests with defined hypotheses, sample sizes and success metrics • Match landing-page messaging to search intent and ad copy • Collaborate with design, brand and product on changes beyond CMS edits • Own weekly performance analysis across PPC and landing pages • Report against CAC, LTV, payback and platform metrics • Use Looker, Amplitude and similar tools to generate insights and automate repetitive reporting • Share findings with the PPC Lead, Head of Growth and wider growth team • Report to the Head of Growth and support the PPC Lead day to day

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years in performance or growth marketing, with hands-on PPC experience in Google Ads • Confidence working directly in Google Ads and Google Ads Editor and making well-reasoned changes • Sharp ad copy skills: ability to write tight, compliant copy and test it properly • Experience running A/B tests on landing pages or ad copy, and a working grasp of statistical significance • Comfort building and editing pages in a CMS • Strong analytical foundation: ability to explain what's happening in the numbers each week and link actions to results • AI-first instinct for tools and automation that remove friction from the day • Appetite to learn from an expert, ask good questions and take on more as you grow • High execution energy and ownership; ability to get things live without waiting for the perfect brief • Comfort working in a regulated or compliance-aware environment
