📋 Description

• Support CEO and executive team with strategic initiatives • Ensure operational maturity for key projects • Oversee internal and external communications • Prioritize and manage multiple projects • Work with customers to ensure project execution • Advise leadership on best practices for engaging with frontline communities • Champion team culture and celebrate wins • Streamline project reporting and invoicing

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in climate justice • Experience in mobility, climate, or startups preferred • Positive, open-minded, respectful, resilient, proactive, accountable, logical, creative, and empathetic • Ability to juggle many moving parts and dynamically prioritize • Process-oriented, thorough, detail-oriented, deadline-driven • Ability to work independently and remotely • Willingness to deep dive into subjects • Effective in giving and receiving critical feedback • Experience in B2G businesses or policy/local government is a plus • Experience in professional services or customer success roles is a plus
