📋 Description

• Provide virtual 1:1 nutrition appointments and proactive follow-ups through the Nutrium platform • Support members across specialties and goals including preventive wellness, chronic condition management, weight management, GLP-1 support, GI health, PCOS and women's health, and diabetes management • Document appointments and member progress directly in the Nutrium platform • Partner with nutrition and product teams to refine the SaaS product, app, care protocols, member experience, and workflows • Share feedback to support continuous improvement • Represent Nutrium's standard of care in every member interaction • Help shape Nutrium Care's nutrition-care experience in India, including member onboarding, follow-up structure, tools, and future development

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or Food Science from a recognized institution • Registered as a Nutrition Science Professional under the National Commission for Allied and Healthcare Professions (NCAHP) via the AHPR portal • Legacy Registered Dietitian (RD) credentials from the Indian Dietetic Association (IDA) recognized as a strong professional background • Comfortable delivering care to members across different Indian states and regions • Fluency in Hindi plus a regional language such as Tamil, Telugu, Marathi, or Bengali is a strong plus • Strong English skills to collaborate with the international team • Comfortable delivering virtual care and using digital tools to manage a caseload • Genuine curiosity about behavior change, evidence-based care, and long-term member outcomes • Ideally interested in regionally relevant dietary patterns • Clear and warm communication in writing and on video
