📋 Description

• Planning, execution, analysis and reporting of bioanalytical projects using flow cytometry as the responsible scientist (m/f/d) • Supporting immunogenicity bioanalysis using ligand binding assays (LBA) and cell-based assays • Acting as Study Director/Principal Investigator (m/f/d) in accordance with Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) • Overseeing the development and validation of bioanalytical methods for the quantification/qualification of large-molecule therapeutics in accordance with applicable guidelines and internal procedures • Supporting technical staff with data analysis, review and interpretation of results, and taking responsibility for meeting project timelines • Preparing, editing and reviewing bioanalytical protocols, reports and (upon request) regulatory documents • Discussing new project opportunities and advising clients to develop optimal project concepts together with Business Development colleagues • Reviewing proposals/quotations with regard to clinical study designs and translating them into appropriate bioanalytical protocols • Communicating results and observations from projects to clients • Representing bioanalytical projects during client audits and health authority inspections in cooperation with Quality Assurance

🎯 Requirements

• PhD/Postdoc (m/f/d) in life sciences, e.g., biotechnology, biology or biochemistry, or an equivalent qualification • At least three years of hands-on experience in advanced flow cytometry, including instrument maintenance, development of new protocols, and handling of antibodies and fluorochromes • Proficiency in relevant analysis software (e.g., FCS Express, FlowJo or FACSDiva) for data analysis is required • Experience with ligand binding assays (LBA) is an advantage • Excellent written and spoken German and English • Strong personal commitment and a high sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment • Pronounced project management, problem-solving and analytical skills • High degree of initiative and team spirit • Excellent self-organization and communication skills
