📋 Description

• Under the Chief Enterprise Operations Officer, lead the Consumer Lending Processing Department • Assist the Chief Enterprise Operations Officer in responsibilities consistent with cost-effective practices • Provide leadership direction, administration, and strategy development for consumer lending operations • Responsible for maintaining high employee productivity and member services • Build, plan, direct, oversee and approve the compliance and administration of consumer lending operations • Support sales in production of consumer loans and ensure cross selling of products • Establish and maintain lending policies and procedures • Prepare annual budget and monitor variances

🎯 Requirements

• 5-7 years of Consumer Lending operations • 2-3 years of collateral management experience • A minimum of five years of management experience in a financial institution • Advanced credit experience • Ability to analyze and evaluate loan requests and make credit decisions • Knowledge of budget process • Excellent oral and written communication skills
