📋 Description

• Leading multi-functional initiatives to define safety architecture and requirements for autonomous vehicles. • Delivering safety concepts and analysis to enable continuous and safe software deliveries. • Defining and improving safety metrics in collaboration with experts in perception, AI, motion planning, and safety architecture. • Improving processes and tools for safety analysis and data-driven evaluation. • Sharing safety analysis and readiness results with colleagues and management.

🎯 Requirements

• MS or higher in Computer Science, Robotics, or equivalent experience. • 12+ years of relevant industry experience. • A structured approach to systems and software development. • Proven record of successfully leading multi-functional efforts in architecture, development, or verification. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • ADAS or autonomous vehicle systems or Machine learning and Robotics experience • Knowledge and experience in Data science and statistics • Worked in V&V of safety-critical systems • Knowledge of Sensor technologies, e.g. radar, lidar, camera • Experience with system safety methodologies & practices (FMEA, FTA, STPA,..) and safety standards (ISO 26262, IEC 61508, UL4600, ISO21448, ISO 8800..)
