📋 Description
• Manage MP verification builds and alternate quals • Ensure no road blocker for mass production • Implement ECO/DA for product health during production • Align with cross functional team on product roadmap • Develop and align schedules and plans for VB • Conduct regular meetings for efficient build management • Identify and address gaps/blockers to fulfill build expectation • Coordinate unexpected/unplanned issues related to material crisis • Work on engineering shipments and related issues • Review and implement change for sustaining product • Chair regular meetings with CMs and Engineering/BU • Define KPI, supervise CM performance, and drive improvement • Train and enable new CMs or sites • Drive continuous improvement activities
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or above • At least 3 years of experience in program management in a manufacturing/supply chain environment • Current knowledge of world class supply chain management practices • Proficient in Microsoft Office, SAP is a plus • Ability to be flexible and readily adaptable • Strong analytical, problem-solving skills • Excellent communication skills • Well organized, attention to details • Fluent English verbally & listening • Chinese capability is nice to have • Industrial related experiences (CM or manufacturing) for 3 years • Agility and transparency on issue reporting • Travel for the job is required
