📋 Description

• Manage the project through the complete project lifecycle from Initiation to Close • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with all stakeholders • Understand high and low-level technical architecture • Develop & present comprehensive technical solutions to customers • Communicate and hold conference calls with internal teams, customers, and partners • Manage complex installations and escalate observed problems • Manage project’s changes and release notices communication • Document technical and operational procedures clearly and concisely • Be willing to work irregular hours as required

🎯 Requirements

• BS/MS Engineering or Computer Science (or equivalent experience) • 5+ years of experience in project delivery management • Minimum 5 years of experience in providing field services and/or customer support for hardware & software products • In-depth knowledge of data center environments, servers, and network equipment • Strong interpersonal skills • Supreme leadership skills across broad and diverse functional teams • Excellent communication and presentation/oral skills • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize/multi-task easily with limited supervision • Experience leading global projects
