• Implement and enforce NVIDIA’s quality and reliability standards • Ensure suppliers performance to these standards throughout the Product Life Cycle • Manage NVIDIA’s local and regional EMS and ODM supply base • Work with suppliers to baseline and enhance SMT processes • Establish and enforce Critical to Quality process control monitors • Review New Product Designs and partner with CM’s during the development phase • Monitor SMT process data KPI’s on NPI and Mass Production builds • Drive suppliers to corrective action and meet established six sigma quality goals • Collaborate with Contract Manufacturers and ODMs to improve manufacturing practices
• BS/MS or equivalent experience in Electrical Engineering, Materials Sciences or Chemistry • 8+ years in the development and use of PCBA materials and SMTA manufacturing processes • Extensive expertise in all PCBA Technologies and Manufacturing • Proven expertise with complex PCB assemblies, materials, and Signal Integrity challenges • The ability to effectively work and communicate with various Hardware/Signal Integrity and Reliability Engineering Teams • The ability to be a self-driver with minimal supervision • Good Leadership and oral/written communications skills • High motivation and creative thinking skills • Willingness and ability to travel to Texas • Excellent communication skills and English proficiency
