📋 Description

• Develop high impact marketing assets, including brochures, flyers, digital ads, social media graphics, presentations, and scientific posters. • Create product related materials such as leaflets, manuals, labels, and packaging design. • (Co-)Design and update the company website. • Take high level briefs, key points, or initial ideas and translate them into structured creative plans. • Define, execute, and evolve NVision’s visual brand strategy across all channels. • Work closely with Sales, Product, and R&D teams to translate intricate scientific and technical concepts into intuitive, engaging visual content. • Manage relationships with external advertising and design agencies. • Supervise the development of multimedia content, including light video editing, interactive graphics.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. • 5+ years of professional experience in Graphic Design, preferably in the technology or science sectors. • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.). • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and branding in terms of online and offline materials. • Hand-on experience with Figma is required. • Familiarity with AI design tools to optimize creative workflows. • Experience in managing external agencies, including briefing, project oversight, and quality control. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, remote environment.
