📋 Description

• Take ownership of our communications overviews, including managing our PR agency activities tracker, to ensure everyone is aligned and nothing slips through the cracks. • Assist in managing and executing one-off marketing projects, such as webpage launches, event planning, and broader comms tasks. • Ability to approach internal stakeholders to ask questions, pull together new information, and translate complex concepts into engaging social media content. • Oversee the content calendar (especially LinkedIn, Bluesky, and X), pitch and plan posts, assign tasks to colleagues, and ensure timely execution. • Monitor social media data, uncover the latest trends, and provide strategic recommendations to increase visibility. • Ensure clear communication and documentation of work progress in a remote setup to support alignment and collaboration.

🎯 Requirements

• Enrolled in a university program in communications, marketing, journalism, or a similar area. • Experience with social media and/or project management through internships or student projects is considered an advantage. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. • Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail and familiarity with common project management tools. • Proactive and curious, with a demonstrated ability to work independently while seeking input when needed. • Fluent written and spoken German and English language skills. • Can dedicate a minimum of 16 hours per week. • Minimum commitment of 6 months for the duration of the position.
