• Driving short and long-term sustainable growth with distribution channel and customers • Define strategic relationships with channel partners • Ensure excellent commercial results per NXP corporate goals • Manage NXP internal resources to meet sales goals • Build up customer relationships and account responsibility • Identify and win new opportunities while selling the whole portfolio
• Electrical or Business Engineering degree or similar • Knowledge about semiconductor products • A minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in semiconductor Sales, Field Application or Marketing • A minimum of 3-5 years of high-tech b2b sales experience • Very strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills in both German and English • Ability to explain complex technical contents in a convincing fashion • Ability to work in an autonomous way • Strategic thinking to ensure the management of the distribution partners • Ability to deal at all levels at the local distributors and partners • High degree of flexibility, motivation, customer & distribution focus, business orientation and networking ability
