📋 Description

• Develop and maintain full stack applications using React, Python, Django, and MySQL. • Design and implement new features and enhancements to improve product usability, performance, and productivity. • Ensure all development aligns with established architecture and design guidelines. • Contribute to the ongoing maintenance and continuous improvement of OpenSolar’s Design Tool and related systems. • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve software issues and bugs reported by users or internal teams, ensuring timely, high-quality fixes. • Participate in on-call rotations, providing technical support during incidents to ensure uptime and reliability. • Conduct root cause analyses to prevent recurring issues and maintain software quality standards. • Estimate, plan, and execute technical tasks related to bug fixes, minor enhancements, and maintenance projects. • Proactively enhance internal tools, monitoring systems, and support processes to improve operational efficiency. • Manage testing, deployment, and release processes for system updates. • Follow and promote secure software development best practices. • Collaborate effectively with senior developers and cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant hands-on experience in full stack software development. • Core Competency: Strong full stack software engineering expertise. • Preferred Technologies: Python, Django, React, JavaScript, MySQL, Single Page Applications (SPAs), and AWS services (Lambda, CloudFormation, RDS). • Development Practices: Demonstrated proficiency in software engineering best practices, including clean code, testing, and version control. • Collaboration: Excellent communication skills with a proactive, open, and collaborative working style. • Mindset: A strong passion for problem-solving, innovation, and tackling complex challenges. • Culture Fit: Enthusiasm for contributing to a positive, inclusive, and diverse team culture. • Domain Knowledge (Desirable): Understanding of consumer finance, B2C payments, and integrated e-commerce solutions.
