• Oversee global container and freight management across ocean, air, and land modes • Manage shipment exceptions and disruptions proactively • Build and manage strategic relationships with shipping lines, freight forwarders, NVOCCs, 3PLs, and other logistics service providers • Own HTS classification of goods and ensure full global trade compliance • Manage end-to-end customs clearance and documentation processes • Lead final mile delivery operations • Drive rate management and cost optimization through RFQs/RFPs • Manage transportation technology and analytics (TMS, tracking systems)
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, International Business, Logistics, or a related field • 4–6 years of progressive experience in global logistics (first mile and final mile) and trade compliance • Proven experience managing multi-modal international freight operations, including ocean, air, and road transportation • Strong expertise in customs regulations, HTS classification, trade compliance frameworks, and global import/export requirements • Demonstrated success in freight contract negotiation, carrier management, and delivering measurable cost savings at scale • Experience leading and developing teams across multiple geographies with strong leadership and people development capability • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills • Proficiency in TMS platforms, ERP systems, and advanced Microsoft Excel
