📋 Description

• Accountable for production support, high availability of supported systems, project management, process improvement, quality assurance, and customer satisfaction. • Responsible for evaluating department policies and procedures and recommending solutions to upper management. • Part of IT retention plan, giving analysts a career path/opportunity to further develop skills within IT.

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent • Three (3) years of clinical, Healthcare operations, revenue cycle, information technology or healthcare information technology experience. • Epic Experience required. • Bachelor's Degree in a related field (information technology or clinical/healthcare fields) preferred. • Current Epic certification required. • Certification in one or more Epic applications preferred. • Project Management Institute (PMI) Certification or equivalent certification preferred.
