📋 Description

• Support one or more applications or systems and serve as a subject matter expert on the workflows, content, and functionality of assigned applications • Oversee the application team with the support of the application leader • Participate in all stages of project implementation including design, development, workflow analysis, build, implementation, optimization, go-live, and post go-live support • Provide implementation, optimization, go-live, and post-go-live support for Epic Ambulatory applications • Collaborate with clinical and IT teams to align application workflows and content with organizational needs

🎯 Requirements

• Current Epic Ambulatory Certification • High School Diploma • Four (4) years of healthcare operations (clinical, patient care, administrative or revenue cycle), information technology or health information technology experience • Demonstrated competency in Application Analyst III role • Experienced in all stages of project implementation, including design, development, workflow analysis, build, implementation, optimization, go-live, and post go-live support • Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in a related field (information technology or clinical/healthcare fields) • Preferred: Epic experience • Preferred: Current Epic Ambulatory Certification
