📋 Description

• Drive customer experience transformation by enhancing efficiency and effectiveness in commercial processes • Leverage technology, automation, AI, and data analytics to evolve commercial business processes • Implement sales order automation, intelligent selling models, advanced CRM tools, and other commercial technologies • Provide support, guidance, and training to users across the organization • Collaborate with Commercial, IT, GBS, and external partners to align technology, data, and process standards • Design and implement AI-based automation solutions to optimize commercial processes and drive efficiency • Deploy intelligent selling models and CRM tools to enhance customer experience and commercial performance • Use data and advanced analytics to generate actionable insights and improve decision-making across commercial operations • Report to the Customer Excellence Solutions & Sales Operations Director • Travel less than 5%

🎯 Requirements

• Master's degree in engineering (Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, or Data Science) • 1–3 years of experience in IT or data science • Hands-on experience in data management, advanced analytics, and machine learning • Proficient in Power BI, Power Automate, and SQL • Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Python is a plus • Strong analytical skills • Ability to collaborate across different regions and organizational functions • Willingness and ability to learn innovative technology solutions • Travel less than 5%
