📋 Description

• Support EHS programs, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives across North America, including safety, environmental, and contractor safety programs • Coordinate incident reporting, investigations, corrective actions, and critical risk management activities • Maintain EHS metrics, reporting, training, and compliance documentation • Analyze EHS performance data and assist with audits, inspections, and corrective actions • Partner with operations leaders to strengthen safety culture and environmental stewardship

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in Environmental, Health & Safety within a manufacturing or industrial setting • Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety compliance programs • Strong organizational and documentation skills • Ability to analyze data, track metrics, and follow through on action plans • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with employees at all levels • Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Health & Safety or a related field • 1-5 years of environmental, health, and safety compliance experience • Knowledge of life safety codes and EHS regulations • Understanding of U.S. and Canadian regulatory requirements (OSHA, EPA, CSA, etc.) • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical data interpretation skills • Ability to communicate effectively and build relationships across all levels of the organization • Approximately 25% travel required • Must be able to perform the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodations
