📋 Description
• Set the strategy and improve the end-to-end Opportunity to Cash process • Lead global initiatives to eliminate inefficiencies in Opportunity to Cash process • Own global Opportunity to Cash policies and controls • Direct strategic oversight and support of the process and subject matter experts managing external service partnerships
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or above in business or related field • 7+ years of experience working in a GBS/multi-functional shared services environment • Experience with implementing Global processes and usage of SAP, C4C CRM, credit management solutions. • Ability to lead global process development while ensuring local compliance
