⢠Support the finance teams in budgeting, closing, and forecasting ⢠Assist with budgeting, closing, and forecast preparation ⢠Ensure proper execution of control frameworks within O-I ⢠Support various business case calculations ⢠Responsible for month-end closing processes and accurate US GAAP financial reporting ⢠Prepare reports for insightful financial analysis ⢠Support audits and identify cost reduction opportunities ⢠Monitor business performance and communicate variances to management ⢠Participate in FP&A projects and share knowledge with peers ⢠Active participation in automation and standardization projects
đŻ Requirements
⢠Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Finance &/ or Accounting ⢠Proficient in English ⢠Minimum 2-3 years of experience in SSC/BPO or Controlling ⢠Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) ⢠Tagetik knowledge as a plus ⢠SAP knowledge as a plus ⢠General Accounting Knowledge ⢠Cost Management/ budgeting/controlling skills ⢠Highly developed communication skills and basics of public speaking
