âą Support the finance teams in budgeting, closing, and forecasting âą Handle confidential financial data, ensuring its accuracy âą Month-end closing processes and accurate US GAAP financial reporting âą Prepare reports for insightful financial analysis âą Support audits and identify cost reduction opportunities âą Participate in FP&A projects and share knowledge with peers âą Monitor business performance against budget and forecast âą Ensure timely, accurate, relevant, and reliable information
đŻ Requirements
âą Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Finance &/or Accounting âą Proficient in English âą Minimum 2-3 years of experience in SSC/BPO or Controlling âą Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) âą Tagetik knowledge as a plus âą SAP knowledge as a plus âą General Accounting Knowledge âą Cost Management/budgeting/controlling skills âą Highly developed communication skills and basics of public speaking
