📋 Description

• Provide reports with independent and objective analyses, appraisals, recommendations and pertinent comments concerning audited activities • Evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of O-I's processes, policies, procedures and internal controls • Understand business-related risks and suggest solutions to mitigate them • Review policies and procedures and recommend improvements • Perform financial and operational audits in accordance with internal auditing professional standards • Execute analytical reviews of financial data and interpret management explanations against expected results • Use automated tools to perform analytics that drive audit focus areas and identify policy deviations • Support assessment of internal control design and operating effectiveness • Communicate audit results within Internal Audit and management • Identify potential projects or process improvement opportunities • Assist Management in identifying practical solutions to issues • Protect and secure data according to internal audit policies and procedures • Collaborate with external auditors on financial statement audits • Contribute to internal audit department objectives

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field • 0-3 years of experience in Internal Audit, External Audit, Risk Management, Compliance, Finance, or a related area • Basic understanding of accounting principles, internal controls, risk management, and audit methodologies • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint • Fluency in English and French • Willingness to travel up to 30%
