• 5+ years of experience in business operations, strategy, finance, or partnerships, ideally within crypto. • Proven ability to design and manage programs such as delegation, grants, or incentive frameworks that drive community and ecosystem growth. • Advanced financial modeling and data analysis abilities (Excel or sheets). • Skilled at building scalable systems for reporting, budgeting, and decision-making in fast-moving environments. • Strong cross-functional collaboration abilities. • Excellent project management and execution discipline with attention to detail and transparency. • Crypto-native curiosity. You experiment with protocols, participate in governance, and stay ahead of market narratives.
