📋 Description

• Own the technical buildout, technical delivery, software architecture, infrastructure, technical direction, and delivery of client products • Manage, lead, mentor, and motivate an engineering team of approximately 3–7 engineers • Collaborate with the Product Manager and Design Lead to align project goals and deliver a seamless, performant front-end experience • Ensure deadlines are met and deliverables align with client objectives • Select and update technologies appropriate to client needs and company standards • Assist with discovery refinement by ensuring roadmap epics and user stories are refined, estimated, and prioritized • Contribute hands-on by developing features with the team • Conduct regular code reviews • Proactively improve development processes and team efficiency • Engage with the business to understand product needs • Consult on large technical challenges and technology decisions through the Engineering Leads Council

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in a leadership role • 6+ years in engineering • 3+ years building web applications using Node.js and React • Experience architecting software; experience with projects from scratch is a plus • Experience setting up and maintaining hosting infrastructure • Strong business acumen; early-stage startup experience is a plus • Desire and willingness to learn new technologies and apply AI in the workflow • Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills for complex technical challenges • Proficiency in English
