Oakwell is a real estate and infrastructure firm that provides capital, engineering, and project delivery services to healthcare systems and higher education institutions. The company delivers custom campus energy and real estate solutions — including engineering (MEP, assessment, commissioning, energy modeling), transparent project delivery and construction management, and tax-exempt and alternative financing (Energy-as-a-Service, P3, C-PACE, embedded/shared savings). Oakwell emphasizes mission-aligned, profit-at-risk project delivery and sustainability (GHG accounting, reporting, efficiency), and reports having freed up over $670M in client capital through 150+ projects. Its focus is turning campus infrastructure and real estate from a financial drain into a strategic, mission-supporting asset for hospitals and universities.
